I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself: I am Scott Russell, the new Postdoctoral Fellow with the CACR, and I’ll be managing the CACR Supplement for the foreseeable future. The Supplement has been on a bit of a hiatus since Andrew Proia , the previous editor, moved on to his current position as a Privacy Analyst with Axiom Resource Management. From everyone at the CACR, we all wish Andrew the best of luck as he pursues his career, and we’re sad to see him go.
Looking forward, I’m hoping to begin more frequent postings on the Supplement. As always, it will serve as a news outlet for our resident faculty when they have new publications, projects, or other exciting news. We will also continue to cover major developments in the areas of information privacy and cybersecurity. This will hopefully include some contributions from current J.D. candidates from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. I am also planning on incorporating opinion pieces on a more regular basis. At first this will likely consist of just myself, but in the future I hope to entice other authors to contribute their opinions on areas of interest. And of course, feedback is always appreciated to help improve the Supplement and more effectively communicate the ideas and concerns of the CACR.
I look forward to keeping you up to date in the exciting and fast moving world of privacy and cybersecurity.
